Yes, that is possible, why wouldn't it? Not all the ROM's are available on the net, you have to live with that. The same goes for the Dutch T-Mobile ROM for example.
But there is a simple solution: take your device back to the ServiceCenter so they can flash the ROM for you. Sometimes they even do it at no charge.

Look, my friend, I live 2000km away from the my neares operator.(Service centar). If I am in town where is my operator, I did not sugest that stupid question.
Because of that, I visit xda-developers.com. The best site about pda.
