Hello, I can't start my Neo. The battery has gone to 0% and I wanted to charge it, but it doesn't. The LED doesn't glow and if I try to power on, nothin happens :( Does anybody know what the reason can be?

Damaged charger? Damaged USB port on the XDA?

Doesn't look like a software problem. Maybe try to get some other battery, put it in and see what happens.

when your prophet shutdowns because the charging went to 0% you can not charge it with usb to pc. try thr regular ac-adapter this will work!
