How to extract from original ROM

How do I extract files from original Dopod Asia ROM? I am looking for the Operator settings for Asia Region.

I have installed the WM6 but on my wm5 it automaticly loaded the settings for One2Free(my operator) GPRS Wap etc.
is there any way to do this in WM6, extracting from orig rom sounds good.
