Do you mean GPRS and MMS settings? You could try taking .CABs from the extended ROMs from the manufacturers' upgrades. Or just look on the support pages of their websites (I know the T-Mobile ones off by heart now after changing ROM so much!)

HTC have various operator setting downloads available, these are for the P3600 but I believe they also work with the Uni.
