IS anyone have the MTeoR CPU?

My MTeoR does not work after i update rom...
it means I have to replace its Cpu,But now there was no that in chinese market,can anyone help me ?
the cpu was produts of SUMSUNG,
the MTeoR was the first one 3G smartphone ...

Don`t care about these lame request - a person doesn`t know what he needs. if it doesn`t boot after update, a new cpu/memory will give the same result. he needs to reflash his phone via jtag or send to HTC europe/asia

I am so sorry,my English is poor!

My phone does not boot after update,can not enter the bootloader screen(which has only red green black color)

if its not possible to turn phone one... (just try to remove the accu befor) then you should send it to repair... because then we cant help you and i think the device will be changed ....

starting in bootloader should everytime possible...

look in to wiki how to enter bootloader...
