How can I upgrade to WM6 from WM?

Hello everybody, I am new user of HTC P3600,
I have WM5 and the ROM that i have, I download from the HTC page.
In my phone I have the following versions:
ROM Version: 1.23.405.2
ROM date:03/11/07
Radio Version: 1.38.00.11
Protocol Version: 32.71.7020.12H
ExtROM version: 1.23.405.103

I am reading in your forums, but i dont understand very well, then I am afraid that i can damage my HTC.
I would like to request you your help to can update my HTC without problems, and if is possible where can i find the software/links to upgrade it.

if you read and still dont understand then you should not attemp to upgrade.

Would be cool.....I guess the mods selection process is something of a mystery....not that im complaining :)

There is a plan to do a Trinity guide but im wanting to finish a few studies and exams i have in RL before i do any more owkr on the guide.

Possibly a spanish and italian version of the guide is on the cards too.
