Bricked Trintiy 3600

I updated my rom, but now the phone only gets to the splash screen.
I have attempted to but the phone in the bootloader mode and then reflash with a different rom but the flash only gets to 1% before it fails with a currupt rom message.

is my phone bricked?

I dont beleive so.. if it's bricked, I dont beleive it does ANYTHING... like.. as in .. even GET to splash screens.

do the Hard SPL again.

Do you mean the hard reset I have tried this lots of times
and also the reset bring the spl screen up ie the triple coloured screen
but no joy..

He means run hardspl.

It's available in the Trinity WM6 forum - check the LVSW thread stickied to the top and look for hardspl.

Download that - flash your device with hardspl - then flash the rom you have been trying to flash.
