TMo Wing or XDA Terra Official WM6 RUU?

Have T-Mobile or O2 released the official WM6 RUUs for the XDA Terra or the Wing? Would the owners of either of these phones register on the websites and check if a download is available?

If these are not available for download, can you call customer support and ask for an updater?

I wrote O2 an email - and they said:

It is an HTC device and it is the choice of HTC to release an WM6 update.

I asked that I must have the O2 firmware - but nothing. They stay it must be HTC that releases the rom.
