Problems backing up using Sprite 5.1

I am having problems backing up using Sprite 5.1. ROM is mUn_2.01.TE_WWE_GPS.
I get an error that file WINDOWS\COMPIMEH.0409.DAT could not be backed up. However, I can not find this file in Windows. When I do a search, it can not be found. Does anyone else have this problem?
