Phone functions not working. No Service always showing.

My SPV M3100 was working fine for the month I've had it. However right after I got off the phone this morning it has been showing No Service.
The device works perfectly except for the phone funtions. When the sim card is inserted into another phone it works perfectly :(
I've tried a hard rest and flashing the radio.

Any ideas?

I have come across this before and the phone was blocked by the service provider! Did you buy it second hand?

sounds like the IMEI is blacklisted. Did you purchase it yourself from your carrier? or did you buy it off ebay, or somewhere/one else? If so it could have been stolen and the original owner reported it stolen :(

You are going to have to talk to your carrier if you purchased it from them. If you got it elsewhere you may just have a PDA and no phone :( because I don't think you carrier will help you in that case :(

I bought the phone off ebay! What should I do? The phone was orginally on Orange but I use a O2 sim on it since its unlocked. Should I call orange?
