You want to delete the phone numbers in general or remove the call log from the phone all together?

When you're in call log you press right softkey and there's an option to clear list (I don't write literally what's there, cause I left my Treo in another room ;).

treo 750/cingular - not regular call log. I'm talking about the list that shows up when you press the talk button there isn't a option to clear that list.

750 has 2 call logs
#1) WM default which is easily deleted
#2) The List that appears when you hit the green talk button.

To delete #2 [or reset it] do the ff steps:
1. look for palmVol.vol in your devices' root dir
2. delete it and soft reset [if you don't soft reset call log will be reset but won't list new calls you make]
3. your call log will be cleared after this
