i have CID unlock my phone i have put some cooked ROMs but i wanted to know why i cannot flash my phone to like a Hardspl i followed the instructions to unlock my device but can some one tell me if i need to do something else?

Use my tool (check signature) that has an option to read the CID status...

Is there a hard spl flash for the Wizard? I haven't been spending much time here but the only place I have seen Hard SPL is on the Hermes forums. If this is where you have seen it from you should NOT attempt to flash this to your Wizard they are more different internally than they are externally.

Unfortunately there is no HardSPL nor SSPL for Wizard
When it came out first time i asked the developer to give me hints so that i could try to port it to Wizard and he said there was a team working on that...and that was months ago :mad:

So no, G4 devices can't be CID unlocked for free.
