When I Soft Reset my SPV M5000 is shows the normal setup and displays the Radio and ROM #'s. Well The ROM says 1.13.49 WWE but the Radio says 0.00.00 ?? My PPC still works but what does this mean I have no Radio?

Has buzz's unlocker ever been used on the phone? That sets the radio version to 0.00.00

flash it with radio 1.15 ?

I bought it from someone over the internet, so I have no idea of its history? I wanted to upgrade to wm6 but
wasnt sure if it was fully unlocked or had a damaged radio? Is there a way I can find out if it is fully unlocked
and ready for wm6?

Radio is responsible for the cellular part of your device.
Try flashing it with some radio rom and see if the situation changes
