tmobile wing on cingular. os questions.

hey guys,

i have an unlocked wing running on cingular. im looking to get rid of all the stupid customizations tmo puts in the os. got rid of everything except a tzones icon that shows on the bottom right of the screen by my batt meter and comm manager. any idea what reg keys will make this hidden?

i really wish i could just reflash with a generic os, fingers crossed for one soon.

i would hard reset and then soft reset right before the installation of the extended rom. but i dont know what is embedded in the rom itself. try it and see what happens. it can't hurt.

guess ill dig around in the registry and see what i can find.

Hey, since you are in the registry, can you export the registry for us and post as an attachement?

I would like to see if there are any entries for myfaves stuffs and a few other things.

I use Kilmist Registry Editor and Registry Workshop (when usig aggravating sync).
