Hi,
Just got my Jabra, very excited but I can't seem to update its firmware to the latest one 1.33.
I'm stuck in the step 4 / 5 when it says about the DFU. When I click next, it says "no devices in firmware upgrade mode found. Verify that headset in in upgrade mode and try again" Eventhough my headset says "Upgrade Mode, SW Ver 1-25-0.
I have tried to reset my headset to the factory default and still the same result.
I notice when I go to the device manager, I can see the yellow exclamation mark for Jabra BT8010 DFU Mode. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall it and still the same. I have tried to reinstall the driver by pointing to the specific folder: C:\Program Files\Jabra\BT8010 Control Center\DFU Driver and restarted the laptop and still the same result.
I haven't had a chance to call Jabra support, I want to check with you guys if anyone has encountered the same problem.
Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
