Use TCPMP instead:
http://vidmes.com/Uni/Apps/tcpmp.pocketpc.0.72RC1.cab

It supports more formats and runs faster\uses less resources

(btw - why are you posting in this section of the forums? Surely this fits better in the General universal discussions - or even in the General PDA discussions)
