Bluetooth Handsfree Problem

Hello.
I have a Qtek 9090 and a Motorola H350 Bluetooth Handsfree.
My problem is that I can't have acceptable quality in calls.
I can't listen to the person I'm talking to.
It has too much noise especially when the distance between my qtek and the handsfree is longer than 50cm.
Another issue I have is that I have to talk to the phones mic because for some reason it can't send my voice through the headset's mic.

I read many topics in xda-developers but I can't figure it out.
I don't know what to do. Please help me..

My qtek has the following rom versions:
Radio 1.15.00
Protocol 1337.42
ROM 1.40.00 WWE
ExtROM 1.40.148 WWE

and Version 1.0.0.3900 for Bluetooth Stack.

I'm on wm2003SE.

i have a HTC blue angel(imate pda2k) and i recently bought a jabra BT320s...but am not able to connect stereo...i've extensively searched and downloaded many softwares, cabfile etc..but nothing works...i'm not a developer ..i'm a doctor and these technical stuff goes way over my head...guys please help
