MDA COMPACT II cant receive texts after unlock

hi, i unlocked my T-mobile MDA COMPACT II and i can use my orange sim card to send and receive calls when i try to get texts or veiw settings it say please wiat 15 seconds and try again.....

i have followed all the threads to unlock and im stuck PLEASE HELP!!!!

First of all, DONT POST YOUR IMEI, very foolish. And if you would of searched for "phone not ready" you would of found the answer within the 1st few results
