You would have to completely replace the radio (hoping it fits into the case), then somehow create a custom ROM that has the drivers for that radio, and also wire up a SIM reader correctly into the whole mix. If you really are in it for the challenge, *maybe* it could be done, but you'd be better off searching ebay for a used Wizard or such.
