help, how to flash when usb cannot detected?? anybody know it?

i am newbie, i using PROPHET WM6 Rom Kitchen-Simplified Core. my prophet cannot start the wm6 after i flash it again. the usb cable, also cannot detected. i try with RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_NVID to flash also cant. is that need need other software to do it in WM6?? last time i try it in WM5 can. :confused:

Look on the forum for DUMPING from SD CARD. Maybe somebody has a rom image copied to a SD and can send it to you so you can load it.
Don't know much about it but heard about that somewhere

i using G4. just and erro happen after flash. then try reset my pda, but stuck and cant use again.

you could try the following:

reset the pda while holding the camera key. you should then see 3 colored stripes.
next plug in the usb cable. if the thing is not totally shot you should see the word 'usb' come on in the lower left corner.
try to flash again.

1st time i flash is ok. then i try with other setting at buildOS and flash again.
After flash i hard reset it. And it stuck at the after the screen can see IPL and SPL, the screen just show in white color at all... please help...

Can you get back to wm5 by flashing official exe file?

If possible, do that first.

Before you try to upgrade to wm6, determine if you have G3 or G4 device. (wiki info will tell you how)

Use this file (PDAviet step 1 file) as your step 1 file, NO OTHER:

Use the upgrade utility exe for G3 OR G4, in that extracted file.
