Hello is there a program such as remote Desktop for ppc that can access the Registry of a computer?

doubt it really
because of security reasons

but you can do it with therminal services and or vnc

Im using "Remotely Anywhere", which lets you access your pc and manage it completely with:
registry editor; file manager; remote control (like remote services); task manager; and many many more cool and useful options...
