Help - radio upgrade gone wrong

hi,

new member and i have a problem right away.

i tried - for the first time - to upgrade my radio to 2.69.21. everything seemed to have gone well, however, i now don't see a radion version under the spl / ipl lines (absolutely blank), the phone does not work (can't even access the setup functions) and i can't connect using active sync either - which seems to rule out my options to give it another go with the upgrade.

i tried soft & hard reset, but no improvement.

any tips?

can't get activesync to connect.

tried the upgrade s/w again but it does not find the device. :(

the upgrade utility says error 300 - this utility cannot be used for this device. get a newer?

getting weirder by the minute.

not sure why but it is alive again.
did an upgrade using the boot loader & there it was. ;)

I'm having the same problem.. upgraded my radio from ver 1.2

get into bootloader by pressing power and cam button together push the reset button and then keep holding cam and power until 3 couloured screen appears.
then plug into pc and try to run the rom update util

thanks for the reply! that's what I have been doing but I've been getting errors like Error 300 and 264. I thought I'm missing out something
basically i've tried out all the versions available on the wiki.
