How to change the startmenu Icons

Hi,

I want to change the structure of my start menu.
Therefor I organised al my shortcut in Submenus.
But now I'm stuck with this ugly maps in the start menu.
Does anybody knows how to change the yellow map into a nice icon?

I found this site but could not get it to work.
