I installed Google Maps. My Holux GPS is paired up with the phone.

Start the google app but it does not recognize any GPS being attached.

Anyone else having GPS issues?

Nope, GMaps works fine with my external GPS.
Maybe for GMaps to work you need to a few reg entries. See:
http://www.modaco.com/Google-maps-no-gps-no-system-gps-program-Found-WM6-GPS-program-t254817.html# (5th post)

Btw an even better app is Mobile GMaps. See:
http://forum.mgmaps.com/viewtopic.php?t=664
(an official version with WM and offline maps support will be available today or t'morrow. I use a test version)

I also succesfully installed and use Trekbuddy on S710. See:

Hi

I am using GPSWatch Plus see http://www.gpswatcher.com

It is working very well with my Holux BT GPS.

It also support all the leading maps provider and even offline maps support.
Can be easily operated with fingers.
