Upgrading: Error 224 : Device Not Responding

Hello guys,

I recently downloaded the WM5 rom for the Charmer.
Wanted to update my device with it.
I must say, that my device is formerly known as Qtek S110, but this is the 'Charmer', right?

Could it be the case that I get this message due to the fact that I don't seem to have the Charmer or what?

I installed ActiveSync 4.2, and connected as guest.

Anyone who can help me? :(

Qtek S100 - HTC Magician
Qtek S110 - a little bit improved HTC Magician
HTC Charmer - no Qtek equivalent

So no, you dont have charmer but magician and there is no way you can get WM5, sorry.
