Mp3 Does not work when transfering from ActiveSync on Vista

My g/f has a Vario II from T-Mobile (UK)
It worked fine transfering untill Windows Vista was installed on the PC.

So her brother downloaded Device Center and it now transfers, but the mp3 files do not play on the phone.

Any ideas?
