Cingular 8525 with Skype

Hi,

I have two problems that need help on:

1) I install a Chinese language reading prog for trial (CE Star 2) on my device. When I installed Skype on my device thereafter, skype came out in Chinese! i dont really read the language that well. After uninstalling both, and reinstalling skype, I still could not get skype to be installed in English. What should I do to correct that?

2) Whenever I try to log in to Skype (using the basic chinese i know) through the 3G connection with Cingular, it doesnt connect. Anyone faces the same problem?

I find that many programs that I have installed on my 8525 do not fully uninstall properly. I have had to do several hard resets over the past year as I try different programs.

I use Skype on my 8525 without any problems. I would suggest a hard reset and reinstall of your programs without the Chinese program.
