Where can I buy batery backup replacement?

I have two PDAs (qtek S110 and HP iPAQ hw6515)
I'm searching for a batery backup replacement, not normal batery, I refer to insede batery, like a clock battery.
Anyone knos Where to buy???

it's a std battery
if it's the same size it will work
maybe pc bios batts are the same
take it out and bring it to the place you normaly
buy batterys for watchs
