HTC charmer (mda compact II) firmware upgrading stops at 95%

Please help! I have following problem: I have unlocked my mda compact II from t-mobile austria and then I want to upgrade the latest firmware AKU 3.3 on it!
After downloading and executing the RUU_compactII_AKU3.3_38222_382117_026921_TMO_DE_GE R_Ship.exe from t-mobile an error occurs called "wrong Vendor ID ". O.k. now I have searched the forum for a solution and I found that I had to copy the nk.nbf file to a htc_charmer_upgradeut_noid.exe (I have downloaded this small tool before, as described) after execution of the RomUpdateUtility.exe-file the upgrading starts without any problems, but it stops at 95% . I tried the recovery function 5 times but always the same 95% upgrading and stopp!
What can I do now my mda shows now the rainbow screen with IPL 2.06.0001 and SPL 3.08.0001. Please help me! What can I do now??

The upgrading process works properly with the described tool HTC Charmer noid.zip (298.0 KB, 29 views) and the nk.nbf file extracted from the downloaded http://www.t-mobile.hr/mdasw/RUU_Cha...WWE_Ship.zi pfile into the unpacked tool

Now I have an english version of (i think) the latest wm5 firmware branded from T-mobile hr!

Any idea to get an german wm5 version, maybe unbranded ?

O.k. Now my problem is back again! After executing the nk.nbf file with the htc_charmer_noid the upgrading stopps at 95%! Any idea??

You live is Hungary???If you live in Hungay,then I help you in Budapest XX.
You use XP or VISTA???Have you got another PC or Notebook???
Maybe download again the ruu.exe and the Noid.zip and probably the another PC.

Thanks a lot! But I live in Austria! I have found in an other thread that it seems that the "German AKU 3.3 " have errors!

It doesn't stop. Just it's waiting a lot, about 15 min. Stops from 96% and jump 100% and restart.

I have/had the same problem. The solutions described before didn't work for me. After a while I found this http://forum.xda-developers.com/archive/index.php/t-277400.html
I found out that I have an G4.

The solution was to install a Radio Rom for a HTC Prophet.

After the little Prophet Update my 95% broken Update MDA compact II started to work again and boots normal with the newer ROM!! The original T-D1 ROM Update (with AKU 3.3) still does not proceed and aborts installation at 95%.

yess it is the same on me too.

at %95 i got this "invalid command 326": please check your NBF data, this NBF data cannot be used for your PDA Phone.
