can any one help me to restore the long press on the number 1 on the keybaord so when i press it then ill ring the voice mail number

it used to work and 1 morning it stopped and i cant get it to work again.

What is happning when you continue to press 1, dos the phone not ask for a number ?

nope it does not but i already hard reset the dam thing all ok now
