Funny,

Last time i got a phone call. Then suddenly my O2 Stealth warning me "There is not enough storage". All the function become slow (pickup phone, phone ringing, writing sms etc). Spending 3 days to find which file is keep growing, because I didn't install any application for 4 months. At last, I found this file.

/Windows/PhoneLog.dat

It reach almost 100MB in my storage!!! I try move it into my SD card (in case for backup).

Anyone know how to stop this file keep growing? Actually what is this file for?

p/s: I deleted this file from /Windows/ . Seems nothing effected. (Phonebooks, sms, call history)

Bravo - this is very good discovery! I had performed Hard Reset before 5 months and mine has around 60 MB. I have also deleted that file and have set the attribute Read-Only to the new one, which was automatically created. Now it is no more growing and system is much more stable and faster. I have looked into the file and it seems that it is something like the protocol of modem on the normal personal computer. Probably it is for nothing. I will post this to the new thread because this can help many users in my opinion.
Thank you.

OMG. phonelog is taking away scary amount of memory here. But if you stop it from growing, will the phone still be able to log then. Or this file is for something else.

My atom exec does not have this file by the way. >_<
