Hello everybody,

After having unpgraded to WM6 I no longer have the GPS camera function I have enjoyed in the WM5 Dopod rom... :(

In life you cannot have everything! Well, maybe in the Artemis (part of life) you can!

Does anyone know a tweak to enable this useful function again?

Hello SiperX,

If you want to put in GPS Position in automatic in a picture chance the follow in registry:

Go to HKLM/ Software/Htc/Camera/P9

and set enable to '1'

Than you got to do an soft reset.

it´s the sam as WM5.

Than the funktion apears!

Is it possible to use it in HTC (Elf) ?? Does it support External GPS device? Thanks

I don't think GPS Photo will work with external GPS receiver. It's also not available in some other devices with internal GPS like the Trinity.

Worked perfectly thanks
but when i activate it on the camera mode it says
"cannot initialise the gps service"
any help?

Flash Touch 3.01 or O2 Premium 2.0. Both offer working GPS Photo. Also the official WWE ROM for Asia (Europe has no GPS Photo for some reason) has this extra :)

Its already set like u mention
& even with Kaiser Tweak
It shows GPS Photo - Enabled

but still it just keeps searching & doesnt set in to click a Picture :(
anyone ?
