ive seen wing replacement lcd at www.blackberry8100parts.com for $55.
My LCD got all cracked up in my pocket so I needed a new LCD.
I ordered the LCD from blackberry8100parts and it got within a week. I installed it today and it works like new. I video tapped parts of me tearing apart my wing to put on youtube.. It's easy do take apart if you take your time with it. I didn't get the plastic opening tool they said it was suppose to come with but I had one at work.. It's not necessary if you just run a small precision flathead around the seams after removing the screws.
Thanks for the link.. they had the cheapest LCD I could find on the net.

like 30 to 45 minutes if you take your time to look it over before you try to do something that might break it.

I cracked my LCD. I purchased a new one from seller LCD4PDA. I got the screen for $61 shipped after $5 Ebay Coupon. I used the tools and instructions included, and also the Herald/Wing Service Manual to assist in the process. It took a little time, I was being very cautious not to break anything. I would highly recommend disassembling/assembling the phone two times just to get a feel for it first. It's not too hard though, and the screen works great!

www.blackberry8100parts.com (http://www.blackberry8100parts.com/)
these guys are good but i noticed the screen they sent me has developed a dent in the middle where i guess the screen is used the most. like a contour in the middle.
the reason i think its the "type" of screen they sent me is because i haven't had this problem with any other screens that I've had for longer.

ty, thats the one i used
unfortunately it only replaces the lcd screen and not remove the digitizer from it. But it helped me almost all the way:)
now that i have my lcdscreen seperated from my digitizer i found out the connector is different so im stuck anyway..

That is just for the digitizer part, not for the whole screen, like how they worded the listing, you can tell because you can see through the screen. most times the digitizer is fine but the lcd below is cracked and has to be replaced

If your phone came with bad pixels, then definitely try to get T-Mobile to replace it for you. They should if the phone is still under warranty. However, if the phone isn't under warranty or you actually damaged the screen, then T-Mobile (or HTC) will be of no help. They'll tell you to drop $350 on a new phone.
If you don't want to do this, you can either replace the screen yourself or send it off to a professional repair service. Replacing it yourself can be a bit tricky if you're not used to dealing with small electronics. There's a bunch of screws and more than a couple of small ribbon cables to disconnect and then reconnect. The whole process can easily take a couple of hours if you've never done it before.
I actually run a small company called Jet City Devices that does mail-in T-Mobile Wing screen repairs (http://www.jetcitydevices.com/t-mobile-wing-screen-replacement). It usually takes about a week before you have your phone back and you won't loose any data.
It's a good option for people without the skills or time to do the repair themselves.
