View Full Version : [schaps, need your help!] htc touch on wm6

Hi folks, I found some htc touch .cab files.

(I know it is is the wizard section but the .cabs are the same.)

I would like to have these work on my wm6. (HTC Home Plug (For example))

I know about jj black shadow, but its English and I finaly have schaps dutchs version, so i really need the cabs the work on my ppc..

somebody any ideas?

It is working on the TyTN...
i've installed the home plugin and works very fine..

there are a couple of threads here in this forum with info about this, you can search and found some usefull tips about how it works and configure the app.

I installed it too, but i think it doesnt work on schaps roms. because when I install those cabs, its says after install "this is a old version so it maybe doesnt work correct" ..I can tell you one thing, I doesnt! i get a empty space on my to-day screen..

On wich version of Schap's ROM are you ?
Because I've seen two versions for this: WWE & FRENCH... depends on you langage: The wwe version didn't work with my French ROM (3.30b)

Schap's will release HTC Home plug in it's future ROM, so I think he is already busy with it.

Hi Guys: I have installed the HTC Home plug in my Hermes but the space reserved to the plugin icons is ... empty. No icons. What am I missing?

just to share my experience, those touch cabs from the wizard forum works on my sleuth's variant of lvsw 3.30.2.1 ROM btw, see screenshot below

For those who can't get the HTC Home plug-in with my multilangual ROMs other than english, don't be surprised as those files were extracted from a WWE version Touch ROM!
By renaming some files or translating MUI you should be able to make it work correctly, there is no reason as it works flawlessly with my ROM, even in French!

Because I run his rom on my tytn.. and what is your problem, if you dont like this thread, stay away and really, I dont care what your opinion is.
