cant find wifi?

so ive tried 2 roms now and neither can pick up my wireless network but my wizard picks it up just fine.. whats going on here?

sleuth's rom and black 4

the green led blinks for wireless and the icon shows but it wont pick up a single network

Jacob, u running a 8525? I am using shadow black and it picks up my wifi just fine.

Hope you didnt wipe out your eeprom. Take a look here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=304004&highlight=hermes+wifi), the issue is still under investigation as I know. Also, do some searching for the fieldtest cab, this should pick up any available networks. GL!

dunno if i wiped out my eeprom.. yesh mascap im running black right now.. and yes its 8525 it wont pick up anything

i have used sleuths rom since it was released till yesterday, i changed to black shadow for a look, both wifi worked, only prob i had was wen i had GPRS settings setup on sleuths rom, GPRS took presidence over WIFI, this is the only time i had WIFI probems

im not sure what the issue is.. neither rom would pickup wifi networks.. and there are 3 here.. mine and both sides of me neighbor wise :(

can this occur if hardSPL wasnt done to the device before installing these cooked ROMs?
