SERIAL v2.05 - PLEASE HELP!

i managed to connect my MDA3 to to active sync via bluetooth and tried to update it... dont know what happend, but all it says is SERIA v2.05 on the MDA3s screen.... please tell me that i have not killed my mda!
whats going on??!??

hehe bad idea :) you need to use a cable/cradle to upgrade, try soft resetting, if it goes back to SERIAL v2.05 then you can fix that but you need a cable/cradle also. PM me if you need a hand.

btw: i was trying to run following ROM update from the tmobile austria site:
BA_TMAT_10601_159_10000_SHIP0307.exe

Midget_1990 kindly advised me to do as written here (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=BA_FAQ_STUCK_AT_STARTUP) using a cable this time instead of just trying with bluetooth... (yeah, i know...stupid!)
anyone with similar problems who could fix it using that tutorial?

just want to really make sure, that there is a way to repair even after failing to pdate the ROM....
