Planet 3 Settings for XDA Exec (Ireland)

I have an XDA Exec that I'd dearly love to use on the Three (3) network. I can't get the settings anywhere though.

Can ANYONE help?!?!?!

T'would be much appreciated.

PS: It's 3 Ireland I'm looking at here
