I can not turn my MDA On

I have problem, my mda is "dead" he is not go ON.... after i have done upgrade....
Why i have don it.... my MDA has muted sound. and i has done update... what i must do? sorry for my English i`m Russsian:)

I-mate jam i has it istall befor i had t-mobile on.... and i think that install is not ended after som "reset"^(
