help bricked hermes :(

hi i just got my hermes 2 dayz ago and i bricked it what the hell :d

anywayz now its stuck on windows mobile green splashscreen as i was installing win mob 6

and no gsm appears as looks like i messed up the radio

spl version is 1.11
doesn't wanna install any thing at all from radio to spls to anything

gives me error 270 off corrupt files

mine doesn't have the km something where you use to place the spl file in it to pass protection after downloading a 2 gb windows :d

any way i tried everything even flashing from sd gives error what the heck happened it boots up normal till the windows screen
and if i want the 3 colour screen it will show up

help me fix it my dad is gonna kill me i swear:eek: :confused: :confused: :(

Did you flash it with HardSPL before you tried upgrading?

i understand that kind of feeling dude.. i think times like this better help than pointing links.. in this kind of situation people are in state of panic.. they don't have the time to read.. if i would know the solution to that i might gave you the answer straight away.. hey but don't worry there are good guys out here who will help you.. just try to relax for the moment.. or download the default package and install for the meantime..

damm i usually flash nokias not imates :d i really need help guys

it all started when i was flashing a rom and it hanged up so i removed the cable usually do this and nothing happens

any ways the spl was 1.09 dunno how it went to 1.11

no nothing wants to be placed on it stops on the screen of windows no gsm
gives either update error or some other crap

anyways i read they say send it to repair is there any other choice

Did you try to flash Bootloader SPL 1.01 MFG and use mtty.exe to reflash OS and Radio?.

it writes cmd instead of usb

and after i wrote everything no rebooting occured

sorry about your situation. they have pointed you in the appropriate directions. Unfortunately the majority of users don't ever experience what you are first hand. All we can do is point you to posts of where it happened to others and the threads tell how they resolved it.

If you were having trouble flashing HardSPL you should have asked for help first before trying to flash something else. Hard SPL IS the lifeline. You may be able to recover the PDA portion of your device, if you are very lucky maybe the radio. In any case the only thing that will help you is reading through the bricked hermes thread and determining which of the scenarios applies to you and then asking in that thread for help from the pros. They tend to monitor that thread more than the random "help me I bricked my phone" threads.

well i don't have mind in that send it to repair centre and got it 1 hour later :D
