Bad TyTn/Hermes update - Help needed

Hello forum,

Two days ago I bought my first PDA, an HTC Hermes Vodafone, from ebay Uk. Because I'm italian I have tried to install the italian ROM ( ITA 1.18.258.2_1-17-07_SPL1.04_Radio1.27 ) . When I launched the update software, everything was seems to be fine..but at ~10% of upgrade the pda software sent to me an error 262. I followed the recovery procedure, but after did this, when the PDA try to boot up, it stay freeze at the HTC logo (before the procedure there was a vodafone logo) . If I boot the device holding OK+Power ON I can see the following lines:

HERM200
IPL-1.01

HERM200
SPL-1.04


Please, help me to restore this faboulous pda..I need it works again, also in vodafone rom versione doesn't matter, I wanna my pda back..:( :( :( :(

I tried to run the Mtty.exe software,
this is what I obtain:

PS: If I digit lnbs SPL-1.01.nbs 50020000 I obtain the following result:

Yes thank you, but I don't understand how to put the supercid on it, so I can proceed to unbrick the pda..

so the question now is, How can I put my phone in supercid mode if I can't copy the file to the phone? :confused:

in all xda-developers not have solution for this, y have read all and i habe searh and nothing found for this error :(

Problem solved installing the following rom

RUU_Hermes_VF_IT_2.07.165.1_6275_1.32.00.00_108_Te st.exe

not one, but two times..cause the first time it was crashed with error 294, then, without unplugging the pda, simply restart the RUU_Hermes_VF_IT_2.07.165.1_6275_1.32.00.00_108_Te st.exe .
This worked for me

i triedto use pof's program (HTC_Hermes_SIM_CID_Unlock_v3a) and now apeears first the htc logo and under it appears:

(HTC LOGO)






M 05 No GMS
S 04
B 05 D 1.18

then appears vodafone and stops at windows mobile logo.

what shoud i do?
