Bootloader start and after power off

I've made these operations on my G4 prophet:

after to have CID unlocked the phone, I've tried to install an official italian ROM (a very good choice :o ), but I've trusted the man that sold me the phone.

Now powering on the phone normally, it shows the splash screen (HTC innovation) and after it power off

if start in bootloader mode (CAMERA + POWER) it shows the three colour display and IPL and SPL version (both 2.18.0001 )and after about 1 second, before to show USB enabling, it power off;

if I try an hard reset (CAMERA + COMM + POWER) it has same behaviour like in bootloader mode;

if I connect USB cable, it resets continuosly ...

Can somebody help me?

how are you cid unlocked? with a buyed tool? or some free issue?

I've cid unlocked the phone with an IMEI based paid tool

I don't know if I can resume my prophet so :o...

do you have a sd image rom backup (complete of IPL and SPL) for G4 model or do you know where to download it ?

have you,charged the phone 100%?I mean with the normal charger,not usb.... Also download this http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=41869&d=1182254462
(a collection of G4 IPLs,and try to flash 2.20.0001)

first thing, thank you for your help,

I will try this evening the suggested solution, but the problem is that I can't access the phone via usb.

I've erroneously :o upgraded the prophet (the upgrade process terminated with success) with a k-jam rom without backup before the running rom image on SD.

Nothing to do, Ihave full charged the battery phone but I 'm not able to access it via USB so that I cannot execute any upgrade by this way. Nobody has a G4 backup available on SD to try the restore?

I've read better the Jesterz topic about Gold Card project and I've found :Dthis other one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=292667
