OFFICIAL UPDATE HTC ITA 2.11.58.1, how flash it?

Dear friend,
ROM: 2.11.58.1 ITA, Radio: 1.38.xx.xx, Extended ROM: 2.11.58.101
I have this new rom from HTC Italy but it is too much difficult for me to flash it inside my VPA 3 by Voda because there is a different way to flash. It isn't like the last roms I have installedon my VPA3.
Early I'll upload it so someone can find the solution to this procedure.

Using OliPro u don't need to SuperCID your Hermes anymore...
