What the HECK happened!!!

I installed Custel's cingular applications and now when I tap on 'Programs' nothing happens and when I tap 'File Explorer' nothing happens... what the heck happened to my programs list?!

Anyone know how I can fix it? When i hit programs it still doesnt show the program list

Sounds like a hard reset is in order for you sorry to say :rolleyes:

Actually your current ROM may be uncompatible with custel's cingular apps, I had the same problem with few other ROM's and it was solved with Black Dymond 3.5 and LVSW latest. You may have to change your ROM if you want to use those apps.

My appologies if I am stating the obvious, but...

If you are using an "official" HTC ROM, then it is WM5. Weren't Custel's Cingular customizations made for WM6 ROMs only?

Should this be the case, a hard reset may be your only option.

EDIT: I just looked at your signature... how can Black Shadow be a "Stock Hermes ROM, official one"?

Did you install anything recently? There may be some apps out there that do this. Installed pocket mechanic by any chance?

Believe me, it's your ROM that is uncompatible with custel's cingular apps.
Hard reset your device, and if you want to use them, install a ROM that is compatible. Do a little search on the forum to find a ROM that best fits you.

Last time you insisted you were running the official rom you were on a jj's black shadow rom .. - As it said in your signature we are capable of reading, Now that you have changed your signature you know fullywell it backedits your previous posts.

Clearly the situation is you have flashed a new rom from black too custels, and run into issues. I will not disgrace noobs with associating you with them, your being rude and deceptive to people trying to assist.

like I was TRYING to say... I DIDNT CHANGE MY SIGNATURE WHEN I FLASHED BACK TO OFFICIAL ROM .. O .. I would say .. 2 days ago.. gee I'm sorry.. I have SINCED changed it.. because I DIDN'T want idiot nitpicking.. Does it matter what my signature says? If I say I am running a certain ROM in a POST then that is what I am running.. I can say in my signature I am a billionaire.. does it MEAN I AM? no .. pay attention to my POSTS.. not my signature.. Thanks.

Instead of calling mfabre smartass you should better read his post once again.
IF you are running an official HTC Rom, THEN its WM5 AND its possible that Custels customization is not working with WM5.

You can find the solution in mfabre's, austinsync's and hmotwr posts.

Edit: Apparently you flashed Custels ultimate in the meantime cause you are posting in that thread too. Are your problems solved or not?

Problems were solved with WM5.. which is why I stopped posting in this thread.. lol.
