I have download the HTC_TyTN_OrangeIsrael_Original_1.18.255.3 from the ftp.
In the file there ware 4 files: Part00.raw, Part01.raw, Part02.raw, Ext_Rom.raw.
I tried to fallow the guide on http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Hermes_HowtoExtractImgfs
But the ActiveState perl don’t do nothing when I type
ppm> repository add itsme http://www.xs4all.nl/~itsme/projects/perl/ppm
ppm> install XdaDevelopers-NbfUtils
ppm> install XdaDevelopers-CompressUtils

can I use another way to open this files?
Can I make from the files an EXE file and burn it to my device?
