Instead of warez, why not try cLaunch? It's a handy freeware app that will do nearly this and a lot more...

This isnt a warez board, do not ask for cracked/pirated software.. this is your only warning, next time it will get you banned...

If you even bother to search you would have found at least three programs that do exactly that. 2 of them are better than CLauncher. Heck, I have one running on right now.

Am I going to tell you? Nah? Can't deal with NOOBS who expect that everyone is going to drop everything for them just like because they are lazy.

So go do yourself a favour, search and you will find.
