Has anyone had any experiece with the Shure i?c range of headsets and this phone (where ? can be replaced with a 2, 3 or 4) ?
I would like to be able to use the Shure headset as both headphones and hands free. However, the headphones seem to be set up either to use with an mp3 player and mobile at the same time (3.5mm for mp3 , 2.5 mm for mobile) or a 2.5mm 4pin for the Treo. I've seen a rather nasty looking converter from PPC Techs to turn the 3.5mm and 2.5mm to a 4pin 3.5mm (though I haven't seen a UK supplier yet) but would like to know if anyone has tried a 4pin 2.5mm to 3.5mm (male to male) converter with the i?c-t on the athena handset.
