I have my tytn for about almost a week and i hav hadly been using it but today i took note.
I fully charged it today. I saw that it consumes 20% battery power in a hr with partly using the internet nd in the next hr the same(thats al i used) and my backlight is on very dim, not even key board lights r on or hardware button lights. im verry worried this doesnt seem right to me to consume so much of power after the end of 2hrs im sittn with only 60% battery life left
(Btw: since i gt the fone i noticed that wotever taps i make or buttons i press a light flickers lighly under the accept call button everytime)
Help? should i take the fone back to where i bought it from?
Thanks

first thing you need to do with all rechargeable batteries is fully charge it before use(8 hours), and let the battery run completely down before charging it again, and then fully charge it again before use ... repeat.
otherwise the battery will never charge correctly because is wasn't broken in properly.
also learn to spell so we don't think you're a retarded 8 year old.

Im not the OP, but have a question. What happens when you sync via usb. Doesn't it charge then too?

This is not unusual especially if you are on a 3G network (icon shows in upper right), additionally LiOn batteries do not need conditioning. As a matter of fact it has been posted MANY times on this site that you should not run a LiOn battery to empty. As to the flicker I would call tech support and ask them the question, mine does not do that. I have used the upgrade found on this site to switch mine to Edge mode until I really need the speed.
As to your abbrevated spelling, I am 57 and I have fallen into the same trap, what the heck..
