PDAViet 4.0.0.3 or 4.0.0.4 cause phone not ring after a long stand by

I have Dpopd 818 Pro and upgrade to WM6, tried both WM6 Crossbow PDAViet ROM v3 and v4, both of them run into the issue where when the phone gets into stand by the phone does not ring when my friend call me.

I've update the Radio v2.61.21. and it doesn't help. Can anyone suggest the solution?

Update:
I downgrade it back to WM5, and the problem is not repro.
There must be some setting different to cause this issue.

By downgrade the RADIO ROM to 2.19 solve the problem!

Same was for me with PDAViet ROM v3, after this I upgraded to V4 - and now 3 days without problems...

Did you try have your phone stand by for couple hours and try to call your phone from another phone, and see if your phone is ringing?

I have the same problem too, even with other rom(smart1, Aserg AKU 3.3.13 US). Now i've downgrade the radio rom to 2.19.21, seems fine now.:confused:

After I installed 4.0.0.3a I also had this problem. But I solved the problem assigning a new sound as the default one. Don't use the ones that come with rom. Rather copy a new mp3 or wav to the phone and go to the file explorer and set that file as new ringtone.

Can you try to chamg your ringtone, as onesolo suggest below and see if you have the same issue? Thanks!

Don't bother to try it, I just did, and it still repro for me.
I think is the WM6 rom problem.

i found that SPL 2.15 work very poor with new radio rom builds, it goes fine with only radio rom 2.19 and 2.20.

can anybody confirm?

I'm downgrage the RADIO rom to 2.19, and I will let you know if the problem has solved. Thank you for the suggestion.

Take a look at Settings/Personal/Sounds & Notifications/Notifications, event "Phone:Incoming call", and Settings/Phone/Sounds Tab.

For me, these settings WERE DIFFERENT!, and my prophet do not ring until set the same value for both...

having 818pro with PDAViet 4.0.0.4 now for almost a week, so far no prob :)

My guess is that all these WM6 ROMs are stable by itself. It is when it fully loading with all sorts of you-know-what WM5 applications that something start stepping on something and "bugs" show up. My Chinese add-on caused me some headache with Windows Live and solved after about one and half month for the program to be identified.

The hardest part is nailing which program is "green" for the particular WM6 ROM.

What appls you have on the machine? How extensively you use your machine other than use it as a plain phone?

Please provide the setup for the ROM as well as the steps to install it..do i need to reinstall everything?

I just realized that this happens when i miss a call..and do not clear it from notifications...

the guys already said,that if you downgrade to radio 2.19.21,the bug is fixed... Be a genius yourself mate,DOWNGRADE YOUR RADIO ROM :D

my genius friend...already using 2.19.21...any further suggestions than that?do u want me to reinstall the rom..and by the way...yday.the phone shut down on its own..usually i get an led blinking indicating atleast that the sim is on..yday it was DEAD....
