Dopod 838 Pro Keypad Problem?

i figured out lately that my keyboard is not kind of functioning well. before it is working fine.. i don't know why it is acting strangely since last month. sometimes i need to press hard and sometimes there are delays while typing. had anyone uses dopod 838 pro experience this? any solutions please?

Yeah I am having the same issue, I am runnind 3Des WM6 and I found that when I close the open applications using the task manager that I then can actually use the keyboard.
I have also loaded back the original dopod 838 rom wm5 and found that all functions are normal again.
I also tried black version and found that the keyboard works every time.
Mind you that when I installed 3des wm6 everything worked fine, trhere were no slow or non response from pressing the keyboard.
