help, cant log in windows (try many ways in wiki already)

i got problem when flash my pda.
i try flash O2 rom to T mobile...
i stuck at windows screen and try way in wiki also cant.
so i think i need dl something to flash it a boot loader.
which file should i dl?
me 1 is:
HERM100
IPL-1.01
SPL-1.09

I would start with Hard SPL. Then read, read, read.

i had try the way in wiki also cant,
try force flash using hard SPL v7 also cant.
it fail when verifying the information on my hermes.
it say cannot connect to my pda.
but i already connect it and go in boot loader already.

Put your phone in bootloader and flash another ROM should be as simple as that. I have built many roms and some have gotten stuck at the windows screen so i just flash a nother working rom and I'm good to go.

OFCOURSE you should all ready have SPL7 on your phone since thats the only way to flash these days all the cool people are doing it!

i try with SPL v7 in this forum already, but still cant.
when verifying my pda info, it come out erro say no connection,
and i already connect pda to pc in boot loader, also show usb words on boot loader screen. i check the usa hub at pc, also got show my pda..
is that the ROM i use for flash not suitable or what?
can all give some rom to try?
m pda is
